A day at the craftsmens

Price: from 38 EURO / day / person (depending on group size)

Package contains: learning visits at 2 craftsmen’s, guide and transportation provided by the Agency, lunch, photos / video of the trip on DVD.

We offer discounts of 20% for children up to 12 years.

Package does not include: souvenirs, drinks and personal expenses

Choose to spend your day with local craftsmens and artisans and learn to manufacture products bearing the identity of the region: “zgardane”local traditional jewelries, the small Maramures hat, wool clothing and small wooden carvings. You will take home the objects you made, and the local stories related to them – serving as a reminder of a creative holiday and fun.

Optional: a day at the sheepfold – you will have the opportunity to taste the freshly prepared local soft cheese specialties and learn about the life in the mountains along with the large carnivores, directly from the shepherds.
